A Double Win for Our Girls' Teams
At the Gymnastics Competitions organised by the Ministry of National Education and the Gymnastics Federation, our Lower Secondary and Secondary Girls’ Teams both achieved third place, proudly representing our school. Our Lower Secondary Girls’ Team included Nisan İlkan and Fatoş Taşkol, while our Secondary Girls’ Team featured Pelin Hatipoğlu and Beren Barlasoğlu. Victory on Wheels
In the interschool competitions jointly organized by the Ministry of National Education and the Cycling Federation, our Lower Secondary School Girls' Cycling Team won second place, while our Boys' Cycling Team achieved first place. Additionally, our student Arcan Kuzhan secured first place in the Young Men’s A Category.We congratulate our students and the dedicated teacher who supported them.
Alice in Wonderland
This year, our school's Drama Club transported audiences to the magical world of Alice in Wonderland! They put on a delightful 'Alice' performance, complete with colorful costumes, impressive acting, and captivating stage design. A big congratulations to all the students and teachers involved.
Language Night's Multicultural Showcase
This year, the Language Night stage once again offered a multilingual, cultural, and creative atmosphere. The French segment featured emotional poems, the German stage presented a modern Cinderella, and the English show brought an impressive adaptation of Alice in Wonderland. Each performance was not just about a language, but a journey through culture. We thank everyone who shared this beautiful, art-filled evening with us.
Legends of Turkish Basketball at Our School
We were honored and excited to welcome one of the most iconic figures in Turkish women’s basketball, Nevriye Yılmaz, to our school. She is the captain of the national team that won the silver medal at the 2011 European Women’s Basketball Championship and the first Turkish woman to play in the WNBA. Joining us at this inspiring event were Coach Batuhan Ala, who has coached for many years in Fenerbahçe’s youth teams, and Coach Derya Dizdar, a long-time contributor to basketball in Cyprus and now the president of Daçka Şerifali Sports Club. It was a truly unforgettable experience for our students and school community to engage with such influential figures in basketball. We sincerely thank them for their invaluable presence and contributions.
The Magic of Dance Brought to the Stage at the 20th Art Night!
This year, at the 20th traditional Art Night, our students gave the audience an unforgettable evening with their magnificent performances. The shows, built upon a ballet foundation, featured various styles such as contemporary, modern ballet, acrobatic dance, and Zumba Kids. The choreographies, performed by students of all age groups, transformed into special moments where art met discipline and aesthetics. Our students, who received great applause for their dedication, talent, and self-confidence on stage, truly turned their passion for dance into a dazzling feast. We wholeheartedly congratulate all our students and the teachers who contributed their efforts.
National Champion Spotlight: A Remarkable High Jump Victory
At the Turkish Lower Secondary School Athletics Championships held in Denizli, our student Erdinç İnçay represented our school with an outstanding performance in the high jump event. With a jump of 178 cm, he became the national champion in his category. We sincerely congratulate our student for this meaningful achievement and thank the teachers who contributed to his success.
Lower Secondary Swimming Competitions
Our students achieved great success at the Inter-Lower Secondary Swimming Competitions organised by the Ministry of National Education and the Swimming Federation of Water Sports.Anıl Aksöz won third place in the 200m breaststroke race.Kayra Adalı placed third in both the 50m freestyle and the 200m backstroke events.Our Lower Secondary Boys’ Team — consisting of Hasan Kanlı, Kayra Adalı, Aziz Ulualp, and Anıl Aksöz — also secured third place in the 4x100m freestyle relay.Additionally, our team proudly brought home the third-place trophy in the overall points ranking in the Star Boys category.We congratulate our students and their teachers on their achievements!

At the 15th Hasan Ruso Competitions, traditionally organised by the TRNC Athletics Federation, our Junior Girls’ Athletics Team demonstrated a strong performance, earning 457 points and proudly taking second place on the podium. Our Junior Boys’ Athletics Team also delivered an impressive performance, collecting 385 points to secure third place. In addition to the team achievements, our students excelled in individual events.
Best Orchestra and Instrument Awards from Our School
At the Telsim Freezone Inter-School Music Competition for Secondary Schools, our school received the Best Wind Instrument and Best String Instrument awards, as well as the prestigious Best Orchestra award. Cyprus Day
Our traditional Cyprus Day event was once again a vibrant and fun-filled occasion this year. While cultural handicraft products and local delicacies took their place at the stands, the quiz competition about our country, in which our students and teachers participated together, was truly a sight to behold. In addition, we hosted some of our country's most important artists at the event. Musician Mr. Cemal Özgürsel performed local songs for us, while renowned poet Neşe Yaşın also joined the event and shared one of her poems with our students.

Our stage echoed with the incredible performances of our talented students. Various instruments, from piano and orchestra to saxophone, guitar, and drums, brought this special night to life while our soloists captivated the audience with their voices. Girls' Basketball Team Crowned Regional Champions
Following their championship win in the TRNC, our Girls' Basketball Team went on to become regional champions in the 3x3 Basketball Junior Girls category held in Aksaray by winning all their matches. We congratulate our students and teachers.
Unstoppable Journey to the Top 8 in Turkey
Our Lower Secondary School Boys’ Basketball Team has advanced to the finals undefeated, displaying outstanding performance in all their matches at the Turkish Stars Basketball Semi-Final Championships. As regional champions, they are now among the top 8 teams in Turkey. We congratulate our students and teachers on this remarkable achievement.
Pi Day
We celebrated March 14th, recognized as International Mathematics Day, with various activities focused on mathematics and logic. Our students earned perfect scores from the audience with their detailed explanations while raising awareness about the broad applications of mathematics. Career Day
Levent College organized a career day event called "Ask An Expert" by bringing together its graduates active in various professional fields. The graduates answered the future professionals’ questions based on their own experiences.
International Cyprus University Science and Technology Center
A-Level Biology students in grade 12, accompanied by their teacher Hazal Sanıvar, visited the International Cyprus University Science and Technology Center. In addition to reinforcing their knowledge of bacteria, the students had the opportunity to learn the detailed techniques of preparing bacterial cultures in the Microbiology Laboratory and conduct their own antibiogram tests.
New Year’s Bazaar
We held our annual new year market event “New Year’s Bazaar”. The income from this lively and colorful event, where handmade food and accessories are sold, will be donated to the Child Protection Agency.
JA Innovation Camp
Our 12th grade students, who are studying Economics and Business, participated in the "JA Innovation Camp" held in South Cyprus. The group which included our student Mehmet Menemenci won the first-place award. We congratulate our students and his teachers.
Science Exhibition
At the school Science Fair, our students shared the experiments they conducted in class and the projects they prepared at home with their families. Discovering science through fun, they showcased their creativity and scientific thinking skills.
Traditional Tent Camp
Levent College students held their traditional tent camp in the Tatlısu region. The camp, which supports our students' self-confidence and enables them to engage in effective social interaction, left behind many enjoyable moments.

Our annual Leventathlon event was once again breathtaking. The event, which took place with the participation of our students and teachers, provided enjoyable moments, and the competition between the groups was exciting.
Oktoberfest
Oktoberfest, celebrated worldwide in October, was also joyfully celebrated at Levent College. Students enjoyed tasting famous German delicacies and enjoyed listening to traditional music.

Our trip to London, Oxford, and Cambridge from June 28th to July 3rd was an unforgettable adventure for our students, filled with both cultural discoveries and academic inspiration. Visiting the prestigious universities of Oxford and Cambridge ignited a spark in our students, motivating them to set new goals for their studies and personal lives.

At Language Night, our students put on a spectacular show! They expressed their feelings through French poetry, demonstrated their skills on the German theatre stage, and mesmerised the audience with classic scenes from the 'Friends' series in English. Their performances were met with great praise from the audience.
