Our Lower Secondary Boys' Team became the champions in the 2024-2025 Lower Secondary Schools Tennis Tournament. We congratulate our students and teachers.

Our traditional Cyprus Day event was once again a vibrant and fun-filled occasion this year. While cultural handicraft products and local delicacies took their place at the stands, the quiz competition about our country, in which our students and teachers participated together, was truly a sight to behold. In addition, we hosted some of our country's most important artists at the event. Musician Mr. Cemal Özgürsel performed local songs for us, while renowned poet Neşe Yaşın also joined the event and shared one of her poems with our students.

Our stage echoed with the incredible performances of our talented students. Various instruments, from piano and orchestra to saxophone, guitar, and drums, brought this special night to life while our soloists captivated the audience with their voices. We are thrilled to share these unforgettable moments where music touched our hearts and souls.  

Following their championship win in the TRNC, our Girls' Basketball Team went on to become regional champions in the 3x3 Basketball Junior Girls category held in Aksaray by winning all their matches. We congratulate our students and teachers.

Our Lower Secondary School Boys’ Basketball Team has advanced to the finals undefeated, displaying outstanding performance in all their matches at the Turkish Stars Basketball Semi-Final Championships. As regional champions, they are now among the top 8 teams in Turkey. We congratulate our students and teachers on this remarkable achievement.

We celebrated March 14th, recognized as International Mathematics Day, with various activities focused on mathematics and logic. Our students earned perfect scores from the audience with their detailed explanations while raising awareness about the broad applications of mathematics. We congratulate the student and teacher volunteers for their efforts.

In the 2024-2025 Academic Year Basketball Competitions organized by the Ministry of National Education, our High School Girls’ Team became the champion. We congratulate our athletes and the teachers who contributed to this success.

Levent College organized a career day event called "Ask An Expert" by bringing together its graduates active in various professional fields. The graduates answered the future professionals’ questions based on their own experiences.

A-Level Biology students in grade 12, accompanied by their teacher Hazal Sanıvar, visited the International Cyprus University Science and Technology Center. In addition to reinforcing their knowledge of bacteria, the students had the opportunity to learn the detailed techniques of preparing bacterial cultures in the Microbiology Laboratory and conduct their own antibiogram tests.

We held our annual new year market event “New Year’s Bazaar”. The income from this lively and colorful event, where handmade food and accessories are sold, will be donated to the Child Protection Agency.

Our 12th grade students, who are studying Economics and Business, participated in the "JA Innovation Camp" held in South Cyprus. The group which included our student Mehmet Menemenci won the first-place award. We congratulate our students and his teachers.

At the school Science Fair, our students shared the experiments they conducted in class and the projects they prepared at home with their families. Discovering science through fun, they showcased their creativity and scientific thinking skills.

Levent College students held their traditional tent camp in the Tatlısu region. The camp, which supports our students' self-confidence and enables them to engage in effective social interaction, left behind many enjoyable moments.

Our annual Leventathlon event was once again breathtaking. The event, which took place with the participation of our students and teachers, provided enjoyable moments, and the competition between the groups was exciting.

Oktoberfest, celebrated worldwide in October, was also joyfully celebrated at Levent College. Students enjoyed tasting famous German delicacies and enjoyed listening to traditional music.

We had a fantastic day with our Levent College students at Taşkent Picnic Area! It was a fun-filled event surrounded by nature.

Our trip to London, Oxford, and Cambridge from June 28th to July 3rd was an unforgettable adventure for our students, filled with both cultural discoveries and academic inspiration. Visiting the prestigious universities of Oxford and Cambridge ignited a spark in our students, motivating them to set new goals for their studies and personal lives.

We opened our doors for the 27th time to teach, inspire, and raise new generations who will shape the future. We wish our students and teachers success in the 2024-25 academic year.

Today, we had a great time with the students and teachers from Çamlıbel Elementary School. We played games, did art activities, and conducted experiments. It was delightful to see the children learning while having fun! Thank you, Çamlıbel Elementary School, for the lovely visit.

At Language Night, our students put on a spectacular show! They expressed their feelings through French poetry, demonstrated their skills on the German theatre stage, and mesmerised the audience with classic scenes from the 'Friends' series in English. Their performances were met with great praise from the audience.

Levent College 12th graders visited Haspolat Elementary School as part of the Green Schools Project!Our students conducted experiments with Haspolat Elementary School students within the framework of science subjects, contributing to their experiential learning processes. We gathered for Levent College's Traditional Cyprus Day Event! This special day was all about celebrating Cypriot culture and passing it on to the next generation. We felt proud to be Cypriot and connected to our traditions. The event also featured craft stands and delicious Cypriot food.

We had a great time celebrating Francophonie Week at our school. We displayed various student projects while enjoying delicious French snacks and music, Among the highlights were the beautiful tote bags and t-shirts featuring the logo of the International Organization of La Francophonie, designed by our talented student Melis Bay. Proceeds from sales were donated to various charitable organizations. Thank you to all who joined us in celebrating the richness of French language and culture.

We visited the Lapta Nursing Home with our students and had a pleasant day with our elders.

Congratulations to our 11th grade student Asya Beyaz and her team for winning the 'Best Marketing and Visual Presentation' award at the JA Marketplace 2024 competition held in Vienna from March 15th to 17th, organized by JA Innovation Camp in South Nicosia.

Levent Schools continued its Reforestation Area project this year, which aims to leave a greener world for future generations. In this project, which plays an important role in the fight against global climate change, students and teachers planted thousands of seedlings in the Mediterranean region in cooperation with the Northern Cyprus Forestry Department.

Levent College Theater Club students staged the play "Work with Enthusiasm", which they prepared with great dedication and effort. This impressive performance, which was watched with great interest by a large audience, was an important indicator of the respect for women's labor and power in society. We congratulate all of our students and teachers who contributed to this play.

Art Spot Theater performed the musical play "The Canterville Ghost" at Levent College. The students learned about the play by taking part in class discussions and other activities before the actual performance. It was a learning experience that the students really enjoyed.

Sign language interpreter Aslı Akçay was our guest at Levent College. During her visit, Akçay shared her experiences with our students, emphasizing the significance of sign language and underscoring the importance of basic sign language courses in facilitating more effective communication with individuals with disabilities. She offered an inspiring perspective, suggesting that by taking these courses, students would not only acquire a new language but also have the chance to make meaningful contributions to society.

Our students enthusiastically participated in the New Year's Bazaar activity, showcasing handcrafted items and delightful snacks to raise funds for a good cause!

During the "Environmental Awareness" seminar designed specifically for 9th-grade students at our school, we had the valuable opportunity to explore and analyze various environmental issues. Under the guidance of the speaker, Prof. Dr. Şerife Gündüz, our students actively engaged in discussions and collaborative thinking to develop innovative ideas for solution-oriented projects.

The "Wheelchair Basketball Match," organized in partnership between Levent College and the Orthopedic Disabilities Association, played host to unforgettable moments! Our students and association members came together, uniting the forces of solidarity and sports to create a memorable day. The friendly match between mixed teams offered an opportunity for enhanced understanding and mutual support among the participants.

Our school hosted an event organized by the German Cultural Association. During the seminar, Özge Tahiroğlu provided information for students aspiring to study in Germany, covering application processes, requirements and insights into student life.

Levent College students excelled at the 10th JA Innovation Camp, a community collaborative event! Our students demonstrated outstanding performance in the competition centred on tackling global food waste. Asya Beyaz, an 11th-grade student, played a pivotal role in the winning group, while Olcay Çangar Erçin, a 10th-grade student, distinguished herself in the second-place group. Moreover, Levent College students were prominently featured in five out of the top 6 groups. We extend our congratulations to all the students and teachers who contributed to this outstanding achievement.

As part of the 60th-anniversary celebrations of the Turkish Cypriot Radio Television Corporation (BRTK), the "One Spirit, One Victory" themed U-16 Girls Basketball Tournament was organized and held at Levent Schools. The tournament featured Azerbaijan's Aztars Basketball Club, Turkey's Daçka Şerifali GSK, and Levent and Levent Gelisim teams, showcasing a spectrum of vibrant moments.

The annual camping event was held from October 6th to 8th for lower secondary and from November 3rd to 5th for secondary school students, offering participants the opportunity to enjoy thrilling activities like canoeing, rock climbing and archery.
