Unique Objectives of Our Course
In social studies lessons, we aim to adopt an approach that is based on curiosity and questioning for our students to achieve permanent learning. In this approach, our students will encounter activities where they can question the knowledge, develop social responsibility awareness, and practice the knowledge.
We carry out activity-based studies in our lessons towards student objectives. In addition, we aim to help our students achieve their learning objectives by planning drama studies, interdisciplinary coordination studies, book reading activities, and city and out-of-city trips in line with unit contents.
We also offer additional course information for our students to acquire more knowledge in social studies. These information includes map reading and technology use, creative drama studies, in-class reading studies, and city/out-of-city trips. These practices help our students participate more in the learning process and contribute to their permanent learning.
