Exam Structure
The exam is a performance-based assessment focused on the curriculum for 5th-grade elementary school students. It consists of multiple-choice questions.
Who can participate in the exam?
All students currently studying in the final grades of primary schools in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) are eligible to participate.
What is the content and number of questions in the exam?
The exam covers the curriculum and textbooks of Turkish, mathematics, and English lessons approved by the Ministry of National Education and published for 5th grade primary schools. In the Levent College entrance and scholarship exam, there are:
- 40 Turkish questions
- 20 English questions
- 40 Mathematics questions
making a total of 100 questions.
Announcement of Exam Results
The exam results are posted in the Levent College building in the form of lists, using student numbers, after the evaluation of the exam is completed. Parents of students who are eligible for enrollment or have been awarded a scholarship are also contacted by phone.
What are the necessary stationery and materials for the exam?
Candidates must have at least two pencils, one ballpoint pen, one pencil sharpener, and one non-smudging eraser with them.
What are the prohibited items in the exam hall?
It is strictly prohibited for candidates to bring English and Turkish dictionaries, calculators, notebooks, books, scrap paper, mobile phones, pagers, cameras, and similar electronic devices and materials into the exam hall.
